Carefully placed, modest additions allowed for a complete reworking of the kitchen, family room, and master suite of this 1930s era house. The focus of the kitchen is the dramatic, light-filled, two-story space that opens up to a small sitting room/overlook on the second floor. New Master Suite second floor addition was created. Large windows open the house up to the backyard and a new stone patio. The project included new windows, siding, and insulation throughout.
