CKd prepared a Feasibility Report to address the Peoples Building at West Chester University and the two occupant groups, Psychology and Public Safety. The subsequent work included a campus wide analysis of possible building sites including pro and cons for each site and associated cost analysis. After extensive analysis and programming, the project team concluded with a 5 story, 41,000 sq ft scheme approved by Public Safety Chief and West Chester University Administrators. The concept design included a new public safety facility paired with academic spaces on the floors above.
