Chester County Farm
CKd has been leading this effort for a sustainable renovation to an historic Chester County farm. The main house is made of an 1804 Pennsylvania German farm house connected via a 1950's link to a 1935 Mellor Meigs & Howe house. The renovation removes some later additions, revises the link and adds a modest addition to the MM&H house using sustainable materials and systems including green materials, geo-thermal wells and two small green roofs.
