CKd was the consulting architect for artist Diane Pieri’s NEW∙LAND∙MARKS project for the Fairmount Park Art Association. Abstract mosaic stoops now grace the towpath in Manayunk. Ckd worked closely with Diane, local contractors R&W Concrete, Travisanutto Giovanni in Italy and the Fairmount Park Art Association.

 
Diane Pieri earned her BFA from Tyler School of Art. She has exhibited at St. Joseph's University Gallery, Rosenfeld Gallery, The More Gallery, Swarthmore College, Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial, Philadelphia; and at the US Embassy, Romania; The Naropa Institute, Boulder; and the Santa Cruz Government Center. Her work is in collections in United States, China, Japan and Romania. Pieri has been awarded an Independence Foundation Grant, Pollock-Krasner Grant, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Grant, and a fellowship at MacDowell Colony. As a Mural Arts Program artist, she has created three murals in Philadelphia between 2001-04.
